Payment Policy: I accept PayPal as a primary method of payment AND Direct Checkout (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) credit cards through Etsy's processing.
Please note that many items are made to order and will ship up to (but no later than) 7 days after payment has been received. We offer USPS first class mail (4-6 business days) with tracking number for packages.
Since Khepera Adornments, LLC is located in the state of Delaware, there is no sales tax charge at this time.
COUPON CODES: Coupon codes can only be utilized during the duration of time that they exist. Coupon codes can not be honored once they have expired or after making a purchase. Coupon codes shall be utilized within the confines of when they are announced in the shop announcements or when an email is sent to the customer that receives a "thank you" coupon within the designated expiration date(s). Two coupon codes can not be utilized at the same time.

SHIPPING POLICY: ***Please make sure your address is correct within the Paypal system, as we will not be responsible for an incorrect address.***
Most if not all items are newly created, or are custom-designed according to the customer's requests. They are then shipped WITHIN 3-5 business days of receipt of payment via USPS parcel post or first class with delivery confirmation. NOTE: Due to a change in schedule items will be shipped closer to the 5th day, if not on the 5th day. And for this reason your items will now be shipped on Saturdays as well.
I encourage you to please count your business days upon your placing the order to alleviate potential mistaken delays. I will certainly inform you FIRST if there should be any potential delays that are beyond my control. (i.e., weather conditions) This is a RARE circumstance. If you prefer Priority Mail, please let me know and I will adjust your bill accordingly BEFORE you make a purchase.
Although insurance is optional, it is greatly encouraged, as I have no control over what is to come in the travels of your package. I do however take great care in the way I protect each customers items.
I will expedite shipping according to the needs of customers upon request BEFORE the purchase is made so as to not make faulty promises to customers. You should also notify me BEFORE a purchase is made should you wish to have your items insured so that I may add it to your statement. Thank you for your great understanding!
We ship internationally via the United States Post office at this time. The United States Post Office does not offer tracking information with international first class packages or flat rate priority mail packages. However a customs number is provided, and I will provide the number to you. In order to receive tracking information on your international package you must request standard priority mail shipping. To purchase standard priority mail shipping please message us before you check out.
International shipments can take anywhere from one week to four weeks for delivery. We have no control over how fast you receive your package unless you upgrade to an expedited shipping class that insures a specific shipping time and tracking information.
Import duties, taxes and other charges may occur depending on your country's customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making purchases.
